Jessi Rae has continued her studio with master instructors like Kino Mcgregor, David Swenson, Dylan Werner, Joey Miles, Gabriel Halpern, Greg Kraftshaw, and more. She teaches sound healing, stand up paddle board yoga, teacher trainings, leads yoga & wellness retreats, offers yoga business and personal coaching and more. Jessi Rae traveled to Goa India in 2018 for a 100 hour intensive training to dive deep in Ashtanga yoga with master teacher Joey Miles. She trained in Boulder, CO with Aircat Aerial Arts in 2014 for Aerial Yoga Teacher Training and going on to complete many other Aerial Yoga teacher trainings. Jessi Rae specializes in deep tissue massage and Thai Bodywork, training closely with The Thai Bodywork School of Evanston, IL since 2006 She has lead over 50 trainings worldwide in the art of Aerial Yoga, Thai Massage and continuing education programs.Ģ00 hour yoga teacher training certification from Nosara Yoga Institute of Costa Rica in 2008 She has taught in places like China, Greece, Taiwan, Bali, Costa Rica and all across the United States. Jessi Rae is an internationally known instructor. She has dedicated her life to sharing health and wellness and assisting people achieve their goals. She began diving deep into studying health and yoga at the age of 15, following in the footsteps of her mother as a healer. Jessi Rae was born and raised into the world of yoga and wellness. And why not listen to some great music and have some fun doing it! Through her teaching Jackie inspires her students to deepen their awareness of their self, their connection with their bodies, and helps to enrich their experiences on and off the mat. It’s about accepting yourself for who you are, and remembering that yoga and life are journeys with ebbs and flows along the way. It’s knowing that you don’t have to nail a pose to be successful. It’s about allowing yourself to be where you are on a particular day and being okay with that. For Jackie yoga is all about the practice, not the perfection. She received her 200 hour RYT Training through Ember Yoga with John Merideth in 2012. And sometimes those breaths need to be extra deep! Moving towards yoga was a natural progression in her journey, at first learning Iyengar yoga then moving into Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Yin. It gave her a peace that no other exercise could and taught her how to go through life one breath at a time. She discovered yoga after the birth of her 3rd child who was born with a neurological disorder. She has been in the fitness industry since 1992, teaching spinning and aerobics. Jackie is a proud Jersey Girl who has been living in Atlanta for the past 24 years. Outside of yoga she loves to spend time outside hiking, exploring and traveling with her family. Sabrina now resides in Woodstock with her husband Corey, daughter Bailey and her two dogs. Sharing her passion for yoga and helping others find their path is what Sabrina finds most gratifying. Sabrina believes that yoga is for everyone. Even teaching Hot Sequence, she leaves feeling the energy from the students in the room. The class always leaves her feeling energized, strong and accomplished. She loves the fact that each Hot Sequence class feels different and can have different challenges, although the postures are always the same. The challenge of the heat and balance in postures are what she loves most in Hot Sequence classes. ![]() Flowing slowly with your breath and being able to twist or turn yourself upside down are some of herįavorites to teach or do in a vinyasa class. Sabrina loves the playfulness that a vinyasa class can provide. That is when her practice truly started and she hasn’t looked back since. At first she wasn’t sure about doing a class in a heated room, but after a few tries she fell in love and signed up for her very first 30 day challenge. She started out following along with videos on the internet and then one day stumbled across Ember Hot Yoga being built in downtown woodstock. That is the time when she found yoga and fell in love with how yoga made her feel. Sabrina quit her job to stay home and be a full time stay at home mom. Sabrina always dreamed of having a child of her own and a few years after getting married, her and her husband Corey, welcomed their daughter Bailey into the world. After graduating high school she earned her degree in Early Childhood Education and taught Pre-K, Kindergarten and privately tutored special needs children. Sabrina was born and raised in Munich, Germany.
